Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Method & Delivery Times
All orders are shipped from the UK via Royal Mail.
Estimated delivery times:

UK Standard: 2–4 business days

UK Tracked: 1–2 business days

International: 5–10 business days (customs delays possible)

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and chosen shipping speed.

Order Tracking
If you select Tracked Shipping, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect address is entered, we are not liable for lost shipments.
